Our volunteer conference committee has been hard at work planning a stellar event with loads of information, many opportunities to get your questions answered, and of course, time to socialize with like-minded folks. Here is a schedule for review.

• You must be a member to register for the conference (students excepted).

Registration Fees

• Base fees include the conference and meals. Lodging is detailed below.
  

Lodging

• $10 (minimum) - Build Your Own Bale Shelter
  Bring your sleeping bag and "camp" in a bale shelter of your own making. Bales are $1 each, and if you need more than 10 you can pay for the difference at the event. Creativity encouraged!
  
• $20 - Bring Your Own Tent
  Flat, level tent space with bathrooms and showers nearby.
  
• $40 - Bring Your Own RV (or rent one)
  Solar electricity will be available for hookup. We have a deal with Getaway Rentals (getawayrvrentals.net) if you would like to rent one. Give them a call and mention CASBA:  805-801-3968.  They will deliver it to the Carrizo for you.  Another option is Cruise America:  ( http://www.cruiseamerica.com/) for an RV you drive yourself.  Both options sleep 4 to 8 people.

  We've reserved all 16 rooms (assigned first come, first served, so register early!).  Each room has 2 queen beds; sharing of rooms encouraged (including cots and sleeping bags). 12900 Soda Lake Rd, Santa Margarita, CA 93453.

NOTE: CASBA endeavors to make our conferences accessible to all. Discounted rates are available for setup/cleanup and kitchen volunteers. If you have financial restrictions please contact David Arkin.
