Welcome to CASBA

Part 1 and 2 of the CASBA’s 2010 “Introduction to Straw Building” hands-on workshops in Butte County has been completed and the strawbales are in, windows installed and on its way to be ready for the plaster workshop which is coming up soon. The building will be Earth Plastered and the instructors are Kathy Gregor and Yoshi Makino, both very experienced plasterers. Lime Plaster and Earth/Lime plaster will also be discussed and possibly demonstrated.

2011 CASBA Spring Conference is scheduled for April 1-3, 2011 at Walker Ranch near Petaluma. More details will come later but save the dates.
